The National Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe is located at 1923 Orense Street, Guadalupe Nuevo
Makati City. It is under the jurisdiction of the Archdiocese of Manila.
The Church was established in the 17th century and, at first, named Our Lady of Grace Church. It was only in the Year 1803 when its name was changed to Our Lady of Guadalupe.
In the Year 2002, it was declared an Archdiocesan Shrine, and in the Year 2010, declared a National Shrine.

How to go here using public transportation:
- If you are coming from the North or South (EDSA):
- Option 1: You may ride the MRT-3 and alight off at Guadalupe Station. From there, look for a tricycle and ask the driver to bring you to the National Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe.
- Option 2: You may ride a Bus (bound to Monumento if you are coming from the south; and bound to Baclaran if you are coming from the North) and alight off at Guadalupe. From there, look for a tricycle and ask the driver to bring you to the National Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe.
- If you are coming from San Andres Bukid or Pedro Gil Area in Manila: You may ride a Jeepney bound to Guadalupe. Alight off in Guadalupe, and from there, look for a tricycle and ask the driver to bring you to the National Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe.
