This convent is very popular among Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are patrons of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Treatment. It houses the Missionary Sisters of the Immaculate Conception of the Mother of God whose members are Professional Practitioners of TCM. One of them is the famous Sister Regina Liu whose hands in doing acupuncture is being used by GOD to help infertile couples regain their fertility and conceive in a natural way.
How to go here using public transportation:
- If you are coming from the North or
South (EDSA):
- Option 1: You may take the MRT-3, then alight off at Quezon Avenue Station. From there, walk towards Quezon Avenue and look for Jeepney's/FX bound to Quaipo. Ask the driver to alight you off at Fisher Mall. From there, walk towards Sogo Hotel. Look for Panay Avenue and ask around the location of the convent.
- Option 2: You may take a Bus (bound to Monumento if you are coming from the south; and bound to Baclaran if you are coming from the North), then alight off at Quezon Avenue. From there, walk towards Quezon Avenue and look for Jeepney's/FX bound to Quaipo. Ask the driver to alight you off at Fisher Mall. From there, walk towards Sogo Hotel. Look for Panay Avenue and ask around the location of the convent.
- If you are coming from Recto, Quiapo or Manila City Hall Area: You may ride a Jeepney or FX bound to Fairview. Ask the driver to alight you off at Fisher Mall. From there, walk towards Sogo Hotel. Look for Panay Avenue and ask around the location of the convent.
