The Church is located at 1562 Archimedes cor. Flordeliz Streets, Barangay La Paz, Makati City. It is home to the Sacred Image of Our Lady of La Paz (of Peace).
The Church is under the administration of the Order of the Ministers of the Infirm (MI), popularly known as the Camillians.
There is Healing Mass every 3rd Sunday of the month at 9 AM.

How to get here using Public Transportation:
- If you are coming from Guadalupe, EDSA: You may take a Jeepney bound to San Andres, L. Guinto or Taft Avenue. Ask the driver to drop you off at PUREGOLD -Makati. From Puregold, ride a tricycle and ask the driver to drop you off at Our Lady of La Paz Parish.
- If you are coming from Baclaran or Monumento: You may take the LRT-1 and alight off in Vito Cruz Station. Go to Saint Scholastica's College, and in front of it are Jeepneys bound to La Paz, Makati. Ask the driver to drop you off at Our Lady of La Paz Parish.
