MINOR BASILICA OF THE BLACK NAZARENE, Quiapo, Manila, Philippines

One of the most visited pilgrimage site in the Philippines. It is home to the miraculous image of the Nuestro Padre Hesus Nazareno also known as the Black Nazarene. The Basilica is also a Parish Church under the patronage of Saint John the Baptist.

How to go here using Public Transportation:
  • If you are coming from the NORTH (Monumento Area) or SOUTH (Baclaran Area): You may ride the LRT and alight off at CARRIEDO STATION. From there, you can just walk going to the Church.
  • If you are coming from the EAST (Rizal and Antipolo Area): You may ride the LRT 2 in Santolan Station. Alight off at Legarda Station. From there, you can ride a pedicab or Jeepney going to the Church.
  • If you are coming from the EAST (Taytay, Rizal and Rosario, Pasig Area): You may ride a Bus bound to Quiapo. Ask the driver to drop you off near the Church.
