It is the seat of the Diocese of Legazpi which oversee the whole catholic faithful in Albay.  Though , I was not able to get off our vehicle to explore the church, my heart and soul was already in awe knowing that in every place I go, the church is there. The historical value and magnificent architecture are just icing on the already delicious cake.
