PRAYER FOR THE FIRST SUNDAY OF ADVENT

Lord Jesus Christ, You are the hope of the nation. You are the light in the midst of darkness. You are the sure help of the needy, the sick and the dying. You are the powerful protector of those who trust in You. Lord Jesus, as we joyfully prepare for Your coming, please increase our hope in You. 

Forgive us our sins and help us to become more like You each day. Remove in our hearts all kinds of hatred, malice and pain. Heal our brokenness, Lord, and guide us towards our way to Eternal Life in heaven. Amen. 

PANALANGIN PARA SA ISANG MILAGRO

Panginoong Hesus, Ikaw po ang Makapangyarihang Diyos at Manunubos. Ako po ay lumalapit sa Iyo ngayon upang hilingin ang Iyong grasya at pagpapala. Ako po ngayon, Panginoon, ay nasa sitwasyong mahirap at tila wala ng pag-asa. Nahihirapan po ngayon ang aking isip, katawan at damdamin. Tulungan Mo po sana ako, Panginoon, na maka-ahon sa sitwasyon na ito. Wala na po akong matatakbuhan. Wala na po akong maaasahan kundi ikaw na lamang po.  

Lubos po akong nagpapakumbaba sa Iyo, minamahal kong Panginoon. Pakinggan Mo po sana ang aking mga hinaing at dalangin. Maaawa Ka po sa akin at isaayos Mo pong muli ang lahat.  

Nananalig po ako ng buong puso at kaluluwa na walang imposible sa Iyo. Walang problema ang hindi Mo kayang solusyunan. Walang anak Mo ang lumalapit sa Iyo ang kaya Mong iwanan at pabayaan, sapagka't Ikaw ay tapat at mapagmahal.  Amen. 

"But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds.” -Jeremiah 30:17

Lord, we are wounded and sick. We are helpless and hopeless. We need You, Lord, not just today, but always. We are frail. We are defenseless and weak. We cannot do anything without You, because without You, we are powerless. King of the Universe, Lord Jesus Christ, we humbly plead to Your mercy, please, heal us and forgive us. Give us Your grace to be always faithful and persevering.  

We hold on to Your promise, Lord, that soon, You will restore us and heal our wounds. Thank You, for Your love, Lord Jesus! 

Lord Jesus, please grant us Your healing and peace this month of June!

Lord Jesus, we thank You for this new month, for giving us hope that everything will soon be well. We humbly ask You, Dearest Lord, to grant us Your healing and peace beginning this month of June. 

Please forgive us, also, for the all bad things we have committed against You and our neighbor; and for all the good things we have failed to do. May Your unfailing help be with us always. May Your eternal love be our forever guide in this world full of hatred and useless fear. 

Lord Jesus, please help me overcome my worries and fears.

Lord Jesus, please help me overcome my worries and fears. Teach my heart to be trusting and to be always at peace knowing that You are there, silently guiding my every way. You are my everything, Lord. You bring calm to my every afflictions. You bring healing to my every pain. You bring forgiveness to my wounded soul. You are ever-powerful and loving, and for these, I should never worry, I should never fear. 

In the midst of all the uncertainties of this earthly life, Lord, may Your light always shine, reminding me that You are always in control and, indeed, You are! Please also use me as Your vessel to illuminate Your light to other people who need hope and guidance. Stay with me, stay with us, Lord Jesus. You are our Savior and Lord. 

Prayer for Government Leaders

Father in heaven, all authority came from You, we pray today for our government leaders that they may be enlightened by Your Divine Teachings.  Please give them a heart like Yours, a heart that is genuine, a heart that is full of love and compassion for the people. May they always work for the common good and not for their own selfish interests. Please teach them, Father, that a true leader is someone who is not being served, but someone who is always ready to serve the last, the least and the lost in the society.  Please teach them to be like JESUS, our Good Shepherd and Lord.  This we pray, in the name of Christ, our Redeemer, Amen.  

ACT OF CONSECRATION TO JESUS, THE DIVINE MERCY

Jesus, the Divine Mercy, I consecrate my entire life, from this day on, to You without reserve. Into Your hands I abandon my past, my present, and my future. From this day forward, make me a true follower of Your teaching. Let Your Divine Mercy Image protect my home and my family from all the powers of evil in this world today. May all who venerate it never perish, may it be their joy in life, their hope in death, and their glory in eternity. Amen.

Panalangin ng pagtitiwala sa Diyos sa gitna ng pandemya

Panginoong Hesus, Ikaw po ang aming sandigan sa bawat oras ng aming buhay. Sa pagkalat ng COVID-19 sa aming bayan, turuan Mo po ang bawat isa sa amin na magtiwala sa Iyong pagmamahal at pagkalinga. Alisin Mo po, Panginoon, ang takot sa aming mga puso. Ipadama Mo po sana amin ang Iyong Banal na Presensiya at ipaalala sa amin na napagtagumpayan Mo na ang sanlibutan. Iligtas Mo po kami laban sa virus na ito, Panginoon, at iligtas Mo rin po kami sa pang-aalipin ng takot. Amen. 

TAIMTM NATING SAMBITIN: Panalangin laban sa pagkalat ng mga sakit

Panginoong Diyos, Ikaw po ang aming mapagkalingang Ama. Hindi po lingid sa Inyo ang dinaranas namin ngayon. Patuloy po ang pagkalat ng mga nakakahawang sakit at ito po ay nagdudulot ng pinsala sa aming katawan at aming kaluluwa. Tulungan Mo po sana kami, Ama, at pakinggan ang aming pagsusumamo sa Iyo na mawakasan na ang pagkalat ng mga nakakahawang sakit dito sa aming bayan at sa iba't-ibang panig ng daigdig. 

Mahal naming Ama, humihingi rin po kami sa Iyo ng kapatawaran at pang-unawa para sa aming pagmamalabis at pagkukulang. Lubos po kaming nagkasala sa Iyo at sa aming kapwa-tao. Kahabagan Mo po kami, aming Ama sa langit. Sa Iyong mga kamay po ay inihahabilin namin ang aming kagalingan at ang aming kahihinatnan. Sa Ngalan ni Hesus na aming Panginoon, Amen. 

Panalangin ng Paghilom sa Pamilya

Panginoong Hesus, Ikaw ang nag-ugnay sa nasirang relasyon ng Ama at ng tao. Dalangin po namin sa Iyo na bigyang paghilom Mo ang lahat ng mga pamilyang nasira ang relasyon. Turuan Mo po na magpatawad ang bawat isa at magmahal gaya ng pagmamahal Mo sa amin. Pahupain Mo po ang mga galit sa puso ng bawat isa upang ang kapayapaan Mo ang Siyang mahari sa aming mga tahanan. Amen.

Saint Jude Thaddeus, you have been faithful in fulfilling your mission entrusted to by our LORD JESUS CHRIST. Now that you are enjoying the presence of God in heaven, we come to you for help.   Please whisper our petitions to GOD and lead us closer to JESUS, our Savior. 

O glorious Apostle of the LORD, may we imitate your humbleness and Christlikeness that we may also enjoy the everlasting Joy of heaven. 

Saint Jude, pray for us! 

Si HESUS ang dapat na Sentro ng mga Mag-asawa. Binyayaan nawa ng Panginoon ang mga Mag-asawa.

Panginoong HESUS, tagapagtaguyod ng mga mag-asawa, punuin Mo po sana ng lahat ng mga biyaya at pagmamahalan ang bawat mag-asawa. Turuan Mo po ang bawat isa na magpatawad. Gabayan po Ninyo at ilayo sa lahat ng tukso ang mga mag-asawa. Amen.

A HUSBAND’S PRAYER

Father in heaven, I praise you for giving me a wife as wonderful and Godly as she.

Give me a patient heart to faithfully love her; the way Your Son patiently and faithfully loved the church.

Give me a humble spirit to be of tireless service to her; the way Your Son humbly and tirelessly served the church.  

Give me the strength to be always ready to die for her; the way Your Son willingly accepted death for the sake of the church.

Give me the courage and might to protect her against all dangers; the way Your Son courageously and mightily protected the church against the malice and deception of the evil one.

And Finally, Father, please grant me the grace to be a Holy Husband. Remind me always that my fidelity to her is my fidelity to You. Keep me in Your sight and teach me to be a better husband in each passing day. May Your Spirit be upon me always so that I may lead her, and our (future) children, to be in Your loving and grace-filled presence.

This I pray, in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

God our Father, 

we come to You in our need.

To ask Your protection against the 2019 N-Corona Virus, 

That has claimed many lives

and has affected many. 

We pray for Your grace

for the people tasked with studying the nature and cause

of this virus and its disease

and of stemming the tide of its transmission. 

Guide the hands and minds of medical experts

that they may minister to the sick

with competence and compassion, 

and of those governments and private agencies

that must find cure and solution to this epidemic. 

We pray for those afflicted, 

may they be restored to health soon.

Grant us the grace 

to work for the good of all

and to help those in need. 

Grant this through our Lord Jesus Christ, You Son, 

Who lives and reigns with You in the Unity of the Holy Spirit, 

God, forever and ever. Amen.

Mahal na Panginoong Hesus, Ikaw po ang Banal ng Diyos. Ang iyong kamusmusan ay larawan ng mapagkumbabang Diyos na nanahan kapiling naming mga makasalanan. Sa Iyong pagparito sa mundo ay binigyan Mo ng pag-asa at dangal kaming mga lugmok at alipin ng kasalanan. Banal na Batang Hesus, kami po ay humihingi ng tawad sa Iyo sa aming mga pagkakasala at pagkukulang. Mahabag Ka po sa amin at igawad ang Iyong mabathalang pagbabasbas. Gabayang Mo po kami sa aming paglalakbay sa buhay na ito at turuan Mo po ang aming mga puso na maging payak, payapa at masunurin sa kalooban ng Ama sa langit.

 Mahal na Batang Hesus, ipag-adya Mo rin po ako at ang aking mga mahal sa buhay laban sa masama, kasalanan, karamdaman at mga sakuna. Patuloy Mo po kaming lingapin ng Iyong Banal na Grasya. Salamat po, Panginoon, sa Iyong pagmamahal para sa aming lahat. Dinggin Mo po sana ang aming mga panalangin. Amen. 

Lord Jesus Christ, thank You for making me strong. Please help me to forgive and move forward.

Lord Jesus Christ, thank You for making me strong through painful experiences, and for revealing Yourself to me as the loving God Who never abandons His children. In my helplessness and pain, You were there. Grant me the grace, O Lord, to forgive the people who put me to painful situations and allow my spirit to move forward in my journey towards the eternal life You have promised. Amen.
