The Church is one of the oldest in Metro Manila. It is run by the Order of Preachers (Dominicans); and is under the Jurisdiction of the Archdiocese of Manila. Just recently, the Church was declared as one of the pilgrim churches for the Extraordinary Jubilee Year of Mercy (from December 8, 2015 to November 20, 2016) by His Holiness, Pope Francis.
It is located in F. Blumentritt Street, San Juan City, Metro Manila.
