The Church is one of the oldest in Metro Manila. It is run by the Order of Preachers (Dominicans); and is under the Jurisdiction of the Archdiocese of Manila. Just recently, the Church was declared as one of the pilgrim churches for the Extraordinary Jubilee Year of Mercy (from December 8, 2015 to November 20, 2016) by His Holiness, Pope Francis.
It is located in F. Blumentritt Street, San Juan City, Metro Manila.
- If you are coming from Divisoria or Recto Area: You may ride a Jeepney bound to Kalentong. Ask the driver to alight you off at PHILTRUST BANK - Kalentong cor. Shaw Blvd. From there, ride another Jeepney going to SAN JUAN. Ask the driver to alight you off at the Church.
- If you are coming from the North or South: You may ride the MRT-3 or Bus going to Shaw Boulevard Station. From there, ride a Jeepney or FX bound to QUIAPO. Ask the driver to alight you off at PHILTRUST BANK - Kalentong cor. Shaw Blvd. From there, ride another Jeepney going to SAN JUAN. Ask the driver to alight you off at the Church.
