The Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish Church is located at Santa Mesa, Manila. It is near the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP); and serves as spiritual hub for most of its students.

- If you are coming from Divisoria area: You may ride a Jeepney bound to SAN JUAN, CUBAO or KALENTONG. Ask the driver to alight you off at STOP and SHOP. From there, you can just walk going to the Church.
- If you are coming from the East (Rizal, Antipolo Area): You may ride the LRT-2 and alight off in PUREZA STATION. From there, ride a Jeepney bound to BACOOD or KALENTONG. Ask the driver to alight you off at the CHURCH.
