The Parish Church is located in the Municipality of San Manuel in the Province of Tarlac. It is under the Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Tarlac. If you are coming from Metro Manila, you can ride buses going directly to San Manuel, La Union or Pangasinan. Ask the bus driver to alight you off in San Manuel.
