The Parish Church was built in the 19th Century and is located at the town proper of the Municipality of Santa Ana in the Province of Pampanga. It is under the jurisdiction of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of San Fernando.
How to go here using Public Transportation:
- If you are coming from Manila, look for Buses bound to San Isidro, Nueva Ecija (via Arayat route) and ask the driver to alight off in front of the Parish Church.
